You Have No Problems!

You’re alive! All the rest you deal with, that you believe are problems, do not really exist. Suffering is of the mind, and physical pain is tangible but even then only to you. By believing something is a problem, you make it one.

This isn’t to say you should be oblivious. Rather nothing is inherently a problem; we imagine our daily life as full of problems that we need to fix so we can keep ourselves busy and never give our minds a chance to rest and catch up. Thoughts are a combination of fear and desire, imaginatory feelings that stem from imaginative problems. You fear what might happen if you do not do something, and you want something because you see it as a problem you don’t have it currently.

You are the creator of all your problems. You control what you desire, what you fear, and what you do. Remember: your problems exist to you only and are completely within your control. Live problem-free, and furthermore anxiety and stress free, by not subscribing to the minds incessant chatter reminding you of a new problem.
