Feelings linger. Tasks linger. Everything you don’t address that is important to your own life lingers. Address these items not by ignoring them but by at a minimum coming to term with what’s infront of you. Write down how you feel. List what you need to do. Be completely transparent and honest, let there be nothing nebulous remaining in your mind.
Ignoring what you need to do and address provides temporary relief but comes back to bite you. Bite these things before they can bite you.
